The Japan Association of Language Teachers (JALT) and the College and University Educators (CUE) Special Interest Group (SIG) is sponsoring a technology workshop this weekend, December 1st, at Keisen University (恵泉女学園大学) in Tokyo from 10:00~16:00. Admission to the event is ¥500 and includes lunch.
The Center for English Education and Research at Keisen University is hosting the workshop which will include “practical hands-on technology workshops” and a variety of mini-workshops and shorter, 15 minute presentations. In addition to other teachers from universities around Tokyo and in Aichi prefecture, two of DMLL’s own – Dan Ferreira and Travis Cote – are slated to present.
Come on out, show your support, share some ideas, talk tech and learn how other educators are applying technology (yes, some of it mobile) in the language classroom.
