Over at Free Tech for Teachers, Mr. Byrne applauds the extension of Duolingo into schools. By far the most popular language learning platform on mobile devices, Duolingo will add, on Jan. 8, capabilities to set up classes and have teachers monitor and support student progress. If you haven’t tried Duolingo, do. It is very well constructed, and follows solid pedagogical theory.
